Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:

You have more than 5 years of progressive experience primarily in contaminated site investigation and remediation, combined with some project management experience, but you also thrive on stretching your technical skills and working on multi-disciplinary projects. Responsibilities:
- You are a champion for Health & Safety – this is always your top priority, as it is ours.
- You will be planning, coordinating and executing projects related primarily to contaminated site investigation and remediation, and are familiar with Provincial and Federal contaminated sites requirements;
- You will be participating in a team environment, working closely with Project coordinators, other Project Managers, Senior Project Directors/Technical Leads and Field Technicians/Scientists/Engineers;
- You will be responsible for project health and safety, which includes working with clients on field requirements, review of safety plans and field documentation, attendance at pre- and post-field meetings, site visits, etc.;
- You will control and monitor the progress of projects with respect to scope, schedule, budget, quality, etc.
- You train junior staff in environmental practices including Phase I and II ESAs, drilling, groundwater sampling, risk management and oversight of remediation etc. as well as on site specific health and safety.You will be responsible for project file management, and quality control of documentation and systems.
