Boeing Talent Acquisition is seeking an Experienced F-15 Proprietary Programs Customer Training Specialist to support the F-15 Sustainment team located in Berkeley, MO.
This candidate will conduct, analyze and evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design for the F-15C/E/EX aircraft.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILL/EXPERIENCE):
- Security Clearance investigation date may not be older than six years
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with F-15 integrated avionics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Experience with developing training material
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Develops all aircrew and maintenance proprietary programs training elements for new or fielded major equipment system or multiple sub systems
- Assists with analysis of customer technical training needs
- Gathers, examines and interprets general technical data to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design
- Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of basic technical training
- Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).
