Description:
THE RELIABILITY TEAM:
Fab1 Reliability team is a multinational team, with members from various places of the world with experience in state of the art reliability methodologies, technology qualification & product monitoring.
Responsibilities:
To strengthen our team we are seeking a FEoL Reliability Engineer for 6 months. You will be responsible for FEoL reliability methodology topics and will be working in an interdisciplinary team. Your detailed job responsibilities include:
- Perform Wafer level FEoL reliability characterization and assessments (HCI & xBTI) to support new technology development, qualification and Process reliability monitoring
- Work closely with integration team to implement FEoL process adjustments for proper reliability performance
- Design reliability test structures and develop reliability measurement methodology to support technology qualification
- Implement proper documentation to ensure proper reliability test operations and support the process reliability monitoring (fWLR) for new qualified technologies
- Reliability Risk assessment and risk mitigation evaluation and reporting for internal and external customers
