Description:
YOUR PROFILE:
As an HR Officer, you will have :
- A bachelor’s degree (in human resources management, employment law, social services, etc.).
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
- A very good command of Belgian social legislation.
- Good analytical and thinking skills
- Excellent knowledge of French and Dutch.
- Good knowledge of common office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
- Knowledge of SD Worx and Protime would be an asset.
Responsibilities:
As HR Officer, your responsibilities will include :
- Providing front-line HR support for staff administrative issues and all incoming requests (telephone, e-mail, HR mailbox and physical reception);
- Providing administrative and operational follow-up for all aspects of personnel management: preparing for staff arrivals and departures (contracts, addenda, social and administrative documents, registrations, access management, etc.), contract changes, medical examinations, work-related accidents, training requests, etc.
- Monitor benefits, sickness, statutory leave, thematic leave, etc., to ensure data quality and prepare payroll.
- Managing the database and personnel files (Mpleo), managing and filing all documents and information specific to the department.
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to increase the efficiency of personnel management and HR operational processes.
- Keeping abreast of social legislation and contributing to the necessary adaptations in order to continue to provide a service in line with it.
- Provide support to team members in carrying out their tasks and projects (e.g. internal communications, reporting, reception backup, administrative monitoring of recruitment, etc.).
