With over 50 nationalities represented, Arendt is committed to the well-being of its staff, serving the best interests of its clients, protecting the environment, and supporting education.Given the ongoing development of our firm and our legal practice in Luxembourg, we are currently recruiting:Experienced Lawyer – Employment LawYou will join a reputable team of experts in a leading Luxembourg Employment Law practice with a remarkable track record of landmark cases. Your area of expertise will encompass employment law, as well as social security law, business immigration and all related queries.Your role:Work closely alongside the different team members to advise a clientele of both Luxembourg-based businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as international groups, on all direct and indirect aspects of employment, business immigration and social security law;Manage less experienced lawyers within the team and supervise assigned trainees while facilitating knowledge sharing;Provide, amongst others, business orientated risk analysis and pre-litigation counsel to clients, actively participate in preparing clients’ defense in case of litigation as well as one-off and/or ongoing advisory assistance to clients;Act as a trusted advisor and main day-to-day contact for the client, organizing and participating in meetings and conference calls;Participate in the animation of broad range of in-house and external training offered by Arendt.Your profile:You hold a university degree in law (Master 2 from France, Belgium or Luxembourg) and have obtained the Avoué.You have a great interest in employment law with previous experience of around 5 and 7 years.You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
