REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters/ Diploma degree in Engineering or Science (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Materials) and/ or PhD.
• Solid working knowledge of modern CMOS process integration.
• Being a teamplayer with good oral and written communication skills in English are required.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
• You must have several years of experience in technical leadership roles within the semiconductor industry.
• Track record in Technology Development and/or program management of complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
• Experience in “More than Moore” development efforts like Embedded Memory, High-Voltage or RF/mmWave are a plus.
• Fluent in English Language – written & verbal, Proficiency in German language is a plus.
• Exposure to semiconductor volume manufacturing methods, statistical methods, FMEA/8D Methodology, external customer & multicultural working environment is beneficial.
• Project Management Certification (eg. IPMA, PMP) is a plus.
