Description:

THE POSITION

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all customer implementations. At Nordbo Robotics, we develop software platforms for robot solutions.
When we provide software platforms, we work with and through our distribution network of robotic integrators, where we act as subcontractors to the end-user. Additionally, we are starting to provide complete robotic solutions to specific industries where we will be in charge of the full delivery of a system.
You will be responsible for creating and facilitating all processes around customer implementations and after-sales activities. You will coordinate all implementation deliverables from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budgetary guidelines, and that they meet the highest quality standards. Furthermore, you will serve as a vital link between sales, after-sales, supply chain, research, and development (R&D), clients, and external contractors if required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling. Ensure adherence to project objectives, deadlines, and budgetary guidelines.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our robotics and machine learning solutions, their capabilities, and their application in surface processing and quality inspection. Apply this technical knowledge to guide project teams and address technical challenges effectively.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the business implications of projects and their impact on client satisfaction, revenue generation, and market positioning. Maintain a strategic perspective while managing projects and aligning them with the overall business goals.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, project teams, and contractors. Clearly convey project requirements, progress updates, and any changes or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand their needs, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordination: Serve as the central coordination point between sales, R&D, clients, and external contractors. Foster collaboration, facilitate effective communication, and ensure seamless integration of efforts to achieve project objectives.
  • Assurance: Uphold the highest quality standards in all project deliverables. Implement effective quality control measures, identify areas for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction with the final outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Continuously monitor and evaluate project risks, implementing. necessary adjustments as required.
