REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Proven sales experience in the IT sector
- Strong understanding of engineering services and technical project requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and sales opportunities.
- Experience in CRM software like Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator and Google Workspace, AI tools
- Experience in full sales cycle – from initiation to contract closure
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant software sales experience
- Relevant sales or industry-specific certifications.
- Understanding of business sales process
- Availability to travel

ROLE SUMMARY

This position is key for expanding Yopeso’s client base and enhancing its presence in the outsourcing and nearshoring sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients in the outsourcing and nearshoring sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Research market trends and industry dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
