Join our team as an Events Marketing Specialist at Resound, a part of GN, and become our brand ambassador for experiential marketing. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating impactful events, both online and offline, across the Nordic region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, nurture stakeholder relationships, and drive successful event execution aligned with our company’s goals. In doing so, you will deliver value by ensuring audience engagement and by successfully creating a positive brand image for the organization.
This position can be based anywhere in the Nordics.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will,

  • Plan and execute diverse internal and external events, ensuring audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and track marketing events, aligning strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, from pre-planning to post-event evaluation, ensuring adherence to budget and time constraints.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Channel Specialists to design consistent branding approaches and innovate event strategies.
  • Conduct marketplace analyses to deliver unique and trend-setting events, maintaining professional flexibility to accommodate changing priorities.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, staffing, and communication with attendees.Drive online platforms for virtual events, manage event communications, and conduct post-event data analysis to inform future strategies

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related work experience.
  • Experience in event planning, project management, and marketing coordination.
  • Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing, with a focus on delivering best-in-class outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confidence to work autonomously at times and make judgement based decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Nordic language is beneficial).
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordic, Benelux, and UK regions (35% - 40% travel).
