POSITION OVERVIEW
The Experiential Marketing Associate - Ambassadors play a crucial role within our marketing team, focusing primarily on the management and oversight of our brand ambassador programs across student markets nationwide. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a diverse team of brand ambassadors, ensuring they are fully equipped to represent our brand effectively in various student communities. You will be instrumental in developing relationships with leaders and influential individuals within these markets, enhancing our brand’s reach and impact through strategic ambassador engagements.
YOU’LL CRUSH IT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
- Project Management practices and software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.
- Experience with brand ambassador management platforms such as Social Ladder.
- You have a genuine passion for the student housing industry and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
- Confidently taking calculated risks and using bold decision-making skills to set Core Spaces apart.

Compensation for this role begins at a base salary of $70,000 + 10% annual bonus
Responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassador Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of brand ambassadors, ensuring they align with our brand values and effectively communicate our message to the target audience.
- Traffic Generation: Design and implement strategies specifically aimed at driving substantial foot traffic to our new development communities. Focus on converting this traffic into tangible leads and residents through memorable, personalized experiences that showcase the lifestyle and advantages of our community.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage systems to track the performance and activities of brand ambassadors, ensuring all initiatives are executed effectively and meet our strategic goals.
- Administrative Oversight: Handle administrative tasks associated with the brand ambassador program, including scheduling, compensation, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any personnel issues among brand ambassadors, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive, productive team dynamic.
- Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report on the progress and impact of brand ambassador activities, providing feedback and insights to senior management for continuous program improvement.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead a team of enthusiastic brand ambassadors, guiding them in the execution of brand ambassador activities and partner programming. Foster a creative and collaborative environment that encourages innovation continuous improvement and accountability.
- Identify and implement new marketing channels: Stay up-to-date on emerging marketing channels and trends in new markets, and be able to identify and implement marketing tactics that can drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
