Madden offers full-agency services and omni-channel solutions to destinations. Our cross-functional teams use insights from research to craft strong storytelling themes and develop custom campaign architectures. We execute nimble media plans using the most strategic digital and traditional channels available to reach our partners’ goals and deliver strong ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in brand partnerships and experiential/event marketing spaces is required. Bonus: experience in both B2C consumer events and corporate trade shows.
- Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, creative, organized, and has a strong skill set in experiential marketing, event production and partnership modeling and programming.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, handle a large workflow, and be very organized and efficient with a strong ability to multitask.
- Able to think on their feet and approach unique challenges in bold new ways.
- Disciplined, great attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through
- Able to oversee project budgets, including required vendor/partner contracting, to ensure adherence to scope within budget.
- Experience managing multiple external partnerships.
- Effective and engaging communicator, both internally and externally, can turn complex client programs into simple executions for discipline teams
- Love for and experience in planning and project management.
- Have a high interest in social campaigns and storytelling, some would say you are extremely savvy in all social media platforms and current trends.
- Excellent attention to detail who will not only catch the smallest of contract nuances but will also keep several trips and projects organized alongside the rest of the team.
- Willingness to jump in and learn as they go - as experiential marketing changes rapidly, we are looking for someone who will adapt with us.

- Ability to work successfully with coworkers and clients who have diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences
- A background in tourism marketing is a beneficial asset but not a requirement. We are seeking candidates who have an understanding of best practices in experiential marketing from all creative and/or entertainment industries.
- Travel requirements for this role are approx 50% of the time
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategy for physical consumer and media engagement opportunities on behalf of destination clients. Events include both earned media events and consumer-facing activations.
- Serve as the onsite lead for designated events-from load in through load out.
- Oversee and manage event planning project scope, schedule, and resource requirements, ensuring programs are delivered on budget and on time.
- Provide strategic and aesthetic oversight; evaluate creative, art and copy pertaining to event activations.
- Work closely with the Creative Services Manager, delegating project management tasks as needed and providing feedback in a clear, concise and timely manner.
- Identify, source and contract with event vendors, managing those relationships from project start through completion.
- Research, identify and contract with relevant brands for client programs. Own postmortem ROI evaluation for brand partnership and event follow-ups, including reporting.
