Experimental Physicist / Application Engineer for newest tool generation (m/f/d)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate in a relevant field (e.g., physics, electrical engineering, process engineering)
• Knowledge of vacuum systems, electronics, measurement technology, and mechanics
• Proficient in English (writing and reading)
• Familiarity with Linux OS is advantageous
• Strong understanding of mechatronic and optical systems, data analysis, and signal processing
• Python programming skills are a plus
• Experience working in cleanrooms is advantageous
• Project management experience is advantageous
• Experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing experiments
• Careful, precise, and structured working style with a ‘hands-on’ mentality
• Enjoyment of varied work and solving exciting problems
• Independent and self-motivated working style

• Independently execute and document experiments and new processes.
• Continuously optimize electron optics based on experimental data.
• Assist in acceptance testing of new software and hardware components for multi-beam lithography equipment.
• Support service activities on the device.
• Actively support internal and external R&D projects, including DEMOS displaying the performance of the tool.
