Thanks to several exciting client wins and our existing portfolio of clients, we’re looking to add another member to our family to help with the delivery and improvement of our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Service at Yoghurt Digital.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Develop digital strategies aligned with client sales goals and briefs.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviours to craft strategies that boost client conversions.
  • Lead and conduct user research to uncover user opportunities.
  • Create and present strategic decks covering research, data analysis, hypotheses, test ideas, and optimisation strategies.
  • Ensure strategies meet client goals for sales, conversions, and overall business.
  • Perform basic QA of experiments before launch.
  • Strategise and implement A/B testing plans to enhance customer journeys and increase conversions.
  • Manage projects on time, within budget, and scope.
  • Collaborate with digital teams, including SEO, Paid Media, UX/UI designers and developers.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver results-driven digital strategies.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing strategies to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce and emerging distribution channels.
  • Work from client offices (locally in Sydney) on occasion to collaborate and build relationships.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing with a strong strategic mindset. Experience in marketing, digital optimisation, program or e-commerce management is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to analyse user research data and derive actionable insights for effective marketing strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics; certification preferred.
  • Understanding of split testing tools.
  • Knowledge of usability best practices and conversion psychology.
  • Broad knowledge of online marketing strategy, including SEO, content, social, and paid search desired.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal, presented and written.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Confident and proactive in building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
