JOB SUMMARY
The Expert, Change Management is responsible for planning, developing, and executing change management activities for technology projects. The role works closely with the Information and Technology team and other key stakeholders to ensure that people, process, and technology changes are prioritized and change management best practices are applied to the adoption of the new ways of working.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/DESIGNATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behaviour, Management, Human Resources or similar field
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI)*
TECHNICAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Fluently bilingual both written and verbal (English, French)*
- Advanced writing proficiency
- Solid understanding of the technology landscape at CN
- Solid understanding of the logistics and transportation industry*
- Any knowledge for any of the above would be considered as an asset
