YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- First expertise in Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting- and calculations, including GHG relevant accounting- and reporting standards (GHG protocol, Scope 3)
- Experience in collecting, and collating data, conducting plausibility checks and aggregation of data
- Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated resilience in handling high-pressure situations and adapting to rapidly changing environments
- A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
- Business Proficiency in English, German is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Collect and collate climate-related data, conduct plausibility checks and aggregate KPIs and climate data according to regulations/standards and internal Henkel policies & standards.
- Prepare relevant KPIs to agreed reporting schedules and for ad-hoc requests.
- Provide feedback to & enable data owners on data accuracy, completeness, and quality during calculations.
- Prepare and support assurance activities with internal- and external auditors for GHG Scope 3 accounting (in light of limited- and CSRD compliant reporting)
- Provide subject matter expertise for the development of automation- and visualization tools and test their functionality with respect to requirements.
- Work on ad-hoc projects and duties as required by management.
