JOB SUMMARY

The Expert, Human Resources Operating Model is responsible for building and leading new initiatives to support the evolution of Human Resources (HR) operating model. Some of these initiatives include designing the operating model, departmental integrations and hand-offs. Moreover, the role follows the evolution of the operating model and is accountable for the implementation and governance of the Centres of Excellence (CoEs). The incumbent is involved in the design of the main responsibilities of the CoEs in HR and other supporting functions as well as designs their interconnections.

EXPERIENCE

Human Resources and Business Transformation

  • Between 5 to 10 years of experience in an HR business transformation role or working on important organizational transformation projects

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/DESIGNATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field*
  • Change Management (PROSCI) certification*
  • Project Management certification*
  • Any designation for these above would be considered as an asset

TECHNICAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong understanding of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) solutions, HR technology trends, and change management strategies
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing new HR operating models and

End-to-End (E2E) HR process transformations

  • Strong understanding of organizational development
  • Fluently bilingual, both written and verbal (English, French)*
  • Any knowledge for any of the above would be considered as an asset
