Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business stakeholders for demand planning and early involvement
- Plan and perform tenders according to sourcing strategy, evaluate offers based on agreed scoring
- Involve all relevant support functions (Legal, HSSE, Tax, etc.) and decision-making bodies
- Ensure compliance and audit-proof documentation of entire sourcing process in line with procedures
- Negotiate offers to achieve competitive prices and enforce company’s contract standards
- Manage contract lifecycle incl. catalogue setup, claim handling, price updates, re-negotiation, prolongation
- Handle and follow-up purchase orders in the SAP eco-system
