JOB SUMMARY
The product management role is within the HR application portfolio. Currently, the HR function is looking to undertake a Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation with SAP SuccessFactors. The HR Product manager will work closely with the business representatives to align system capabilities with business vision. The Product Manager will also manage the prioritization of enhancements and defects on the existing SAP landscape as well as the integration with any new third-party vendors.
The role of Expert, Product Manager translates business requirements into formal product roadmaps and works closely with the Business and I&T stakeholders to operationalize these roadmaps for initial development and evolution of the product. The Expert, Product Manager supports the full lifecycle of the product and as such seeks regular customer feedback related to the product to understand and improve customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE
- 10-15 years overall work experience
- 3+ years knowledge and experience with designing SAP ECC 6.0 HCM solutions in Personnel Administration (PA), Org Management (OM), Benefits and Time
- Experience with SuccessFactors or other HCM
- Experience with HCM Security an asset
- Demonstrated experience in engaging senior leaders and other stakeholders to support business decisions
- Experience in shaping, building, scaling and sustaining products
- Experience in transportation & logistics companies*
- Any experience for these above would be considered an asset
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/DESIGNATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration or equivalent degree and experience
- Master’s degree in engineering or administration would be an asset*
TECHNICAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Experience with the implementation of a Human Capital Management system, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors or other
- Experience with supporting a Human Capital Management system, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors or other
- Process innovation and improvement mindset
- Experienced in requirements analysis and definition
