• Minimum GCE ’O’ Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge in MS Office/ Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred.

• Please create a proforma invoice and sales contract.
• Verify that the customer’s Letter of Credit (L/C) or TT has been received
• Review L/C clauses after being received from the bank, and any shipping, trucking, freight forwarding, and other documentation.
• Manage the full range of export paperwork and procedures, and ensure that shipments are scheduled according to received TTs or L/Cs and arrive on time.
• Update the server’s export notification.
• Verify the ship/shipment date and send out an email with the specifics.
• Order processing: Before creating an invoice or delivery order, ensure all stock has been posted.
• Email the customer the commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Analysis, and Bill of Lading.
• Checking freight fee bills.
• Coordinating shipping plans with customers and freight forwarders.
• Any additional tasks that the supervisor assigns.
