We are looking for someone who is details oriented, reliable and who will develop her/ his expertise in the fresh food and international environment with passionate people.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Administration experience
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI). SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Logistics or export experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate well in English (both written and verbal) and French or Spanish an asset
  • Bachelor diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Global Export Documentation Lead, you will assist the Supply Chain team in planning, creating and communicating the European and international market programs.
This role is a fixed term role from September to end of March.
The role can be based in Bologna and in Aprilia.

You will be accountable for:

  • Assisting the team to create the European and Overseas market orders in due time.
  • Ensure all the loading plans provided are accurate and communicate them to suppliers.
  • Collaborate to create the European loading plan for the European Market.
  • Assist the Supply Chain team with other duties as required.
