Responsibilities:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable education
- Minimum of 8 years of experience within Supply Chain Management, preferably in Sales and Distribution, minimum of 4 years of leadership experience
- Operational experience in Customer Order Processing, Trade Compliance, Freight Forwarding and Transportation
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, considering diverse perspectives and styles
- Ability to challenge the status quo and evaluate processes to determine if refinements would enhance speed of results and productivity or quality &/or Ability to work with Continuous Improvement tools
- Strong analysis skills and an aptitude for best-practice global product supply chain
- Proven ability to analyze Plan or master data processes for complex product lines, systems landscapes, organizational structures, international markets
- Demonstrated data and process modelling skills including entity relationship diagramming and data flow diagram
