Position overview:

As an administrator or receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of any office. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling and Managing Appointments
  • Assisting clients, customers, and employees with inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Providing administrative support, including typing and data entry.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

About you:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience within administration/reception
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Efficient management of schedules, supplies, and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with office software and programmes
