Emerge Aotearoa is a committed Tangata Tiriti organisation and a national provider of mental health, addiction, disability, offender rehabilitation, well-being and housing services. The core values of the organisation are based on Māori concepts Whakawhanaunga, Manaakitanga, Ako and Whakamana.
Our Health & Disability Service teams across Wellington Region provide residential or community-based wrap around support to clients with a variety of mild to moderate mental health conditions. Each service team is made up of a committed team of Support Workers, led by a passionate Service Manager.
Our goal is to provide support to make positive changes in our clients’ lives regardless of their mental health diagnosis, by helping them identify their strengths, desires and to help set goals and plan the necessary steps to achieve them.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working within the mental health sector and a Level 4 (or higher) qualification in Mental Health and Addiction or be working towards one.
