Your team and your responsibilities:

TEAM DESCRIPTION

Toyota Technical Center (R&D) in Europe is responsible for the Exterior and Interior styling, Colour &Trim, planning, development, and production of attractive, superior quality cars matching European market requirements and trends.
Within our R&D-organisation, Styling division plays a key role in the design and development of our future models.

• You will be part of a team that is responsible for the Exterior Styling development for vehicles production.
• You will closely collaborate with engineers to make selected stylings able to be produced following Toyota car manufacturing process/engineering.
• Create new exciting Exterior designs following market trends, including accessories if asked.
• Develop selected stylings by mocks with the styling team, physical and digital modellers, and model suppliers.
• Develop selected styling securing both styling and TME production quality.
• Control and follow up production phases.

Your Profile:

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
• You have a master’s degree in Car Design or Industrial Design
• Experience with production related industry
• Exceptionally good knowledge of Automotive industry and current Design trends
• Proven ability to Create and develop Exterior designs.
• Good project management skills
• You master Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
• Skilled in 3D software (Alias or others) including VRED is a plus.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office
