What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Present & Persuade: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight our value propositions.
- Analyse: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 4 – 5 years external commercial/corporate direct sales and new business development background
- Minimum of 2 years solutions sales experience (e.g. SaaS/IT/ICT/Security/Telecoms/Technology/Technical sales)
- Established corporate client database (network) within the following industries (Transport/Cold Chain Logistics/Logistics/Engineering/Mining/Agricultural/Construction – any company with fleet)
- Strong cold calling and pipeline growth background with actual figures to compare.
- Strong closing ratios.
- Strong performers with background in business/commercial direct sales to companies and not consumers/ private individuals.
- Completed Matric
- Valid drivers licence (not expired)
- Tech and software solution savvy.
