JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Function:
To grow the business through successful selling of services and/or products that fit the client/customer needs, inalignment with redefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures)
Key performance areas:
Deliver work activities according to set standards in order to satisfy customers
Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance
Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills.
Own and live up to the company values
Execute own work according to set operating procedures service level agreements.
Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes
Plan and organise own tasks to make sure that performance targets are met and standard operating procedures are adhered to (daily to 3 months)
Provide continuous feedback on task delivery to support decision making
Analyse and report on client service levels and trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Compile quotes and/or proposals for standard services
Monitor activities by reviewing action plans and taking corrective action to meet sales targets
Facilitate the sales process for applicable clients
Maintain and report on the sales pipeline for applicable clients.
Prospect and qualify sales leads.

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications required;
Matric/Grade 12
Bachelor’s or equivalent 3-year degree (NQF Level 7)
Skills and experience required:
Up to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, with at least 2 years tactical leadership /specialist experience
A strong e-commerce sales understanding
Ability to source leads through cold calling and research (own generated leads – telephone and web)
Courier and or technical solution-selling capabilities will be advantageous
Microsoft Sales Dynamics CRM
Target driven and sales track history
Supply Chain and warehousing background will be advantageous
Technical Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic commercial knowledge and / or skill
Basic new sales development knowledge and / or skill
Basic sales management knowledge and / or skill
Intermediate business administration knowledge and / or skill
Behaviourial Competencies:
