REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor ‘s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office;
• Spanish and English mandatory;
• Proven experience in technical sales and customer service, preferably in the after-sales areas;
• In-depth technical knowledge of the products or service sold, including their characteristics, operation and application;
• Familiarity with sales techniques and experience in identifying additional sales opportunities;
• Proficiency in sales tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management);
• Knowledge of cost calculation, taxes, and margins.
