Shermco Canada is seeking an External Training Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Electrical background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement external training programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training programs that meet those needs
  • Manage the delivery of external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication
  • Ensure that all external training programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of external training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and negotiate contracts as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Provide regular reports on the status of external training programs to internal stakeholders
