F&B Manager

In this pivotal role, you will co-manage our food and beverage operations with another manager, ensuring the delivery of efficient, effective service while meeting all financial and statutory requirements. Your leadership will support the outstanding customer service that guests at our resort have come to expect, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-energy environment our venues are known for.

• Collaboratively select, recruit, and develop staff, focusing on managerial and professional growth.
• Uphold and communicate the brand and concept across all restaurant areas, both front and back of house.
• Implement and deliver the business strategy in partnership with the Director of F&B and co-manager.
• Direct and oversee restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high standards.
• Lead and manage staff, ensuring exceptional standards of food service during shifts.
• Foster effective teamwork between front of house and kitchen staff.
• Prioritize, delegate, and ensure all preparation is completed before service.
• Supervise adherence to service standards and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Promote an open, communicative workplace culture and encourage employee involvement.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar F&B management role.
• A current SNHD Food Manager Card.
• A current TAM Card.
