REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience or similar leadership role in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on building rapport with customers and resolving issues effectively.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial analysis.
  • Must be able to work weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency in service quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization, to achieve financial targets and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus, special promotions, and food offerings that meet customer preferences and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responding promptly to guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new customers, enhance brand awareness, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as licensing requirements and industry standards.
