REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Aviation

Experience

  • 4+ experience in the hospitality industry in a customer facing role, Hotel/Aviation, preferrably in a 5-star Hotel.Â

Skillset

  • Fluent in English
  • Intermediate IT skills (MS Office database management)
  • Good understanding of how a pantry works, food and beverage hygiene, quality standards and health & safety
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Professional, Attentive and detail-oriented
  • Multi-tasking abilities and flexibility
  • Time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

The F&B Supervisor oversees the F&B Team to ensure the highest standards of hospitality and presentations are demonstrated. They must ensure Jetex’s Food Health & Safety are always followed.Â

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that lounges are stocked with food, drink, and that they are running to the highest standards possible.
  • Supervise F&B Attendants and Assistants, by performing grooming checks, roster, daily briefings, workforce planning and leave approvals.Â
  • Assist all passengers in a polite, friendly and helpful manner.Â
  • Supervise and carry out weekly inventory, place orders and record deliveries of all supplies, including payment tracking.Â
  • Report and act on any incident of theft, loss, damage, unfit food, fire accident or any irregularity.Â
  • Make sure that Jetex policy and vision statement are followed and utilized at all times.Â
  • Monitor employee productivity to ensure team awareness of the health and safety policies and procedures. FBO Manuals and SOPs.Â
  • Complete any other duties assigned by Line Manager.Â
