ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

  • Engage in HSSE activities and promote the SSA HSSE expectations and values
  • Responsible for coordinating the fabrication site(s) in terms of progress, ITP activities and TQ / MOC / NC processes.
  • Contribute to fulfilment of the ‘’see to it’’ duty as responsible for the client Quality Control in the SSA, ref. BMS 32-001466
  • The Fabrication Representative is expected to:
  • Ensure that ITPs for specific fabrication site is reviewed and filled out in accordance with criticality assessment
  • Documentation has been reviewed by relevant parties
  • Ensure that client site visits are planned, coordinated and communicated to site management.
  • Coordinate efficient client input to ensure changes, deviations/NC and TQs are handled with minimum impact on schedule until approved or implemented.
  • Proactively engage in site planning meetings to ensure project priorities are met
  • Verify procedures and drawings are IFC status prior to start of activity.
  • Verify that PIMS completion system is used and SSA completion procedures are followed.
  • Perform regular reporting of project status.
  • Works closely with the System Integration team, site management and delivery leads, be a key member of fabrication planning, kick offs, PPMs etc.
  • Mandate to stop work/progress in cases where procedures/drawings are not IFC
  • The Fabrication Representative is the face of client at the site and shall strive to support the alliance in delivering quality and ensuring HSSE expectations are maintained on site.
  • The role is key in the successful delivery of the Alliance Project and promotes sharing of knowledge and information
  • Can be covering more than one project
