MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- MIG Welding/Fabrication experience
- Workshop hand tool experience
- Ability to read and follow drawings
- Competent to work in a team and autonomously
- Ability to complete branch work i.e. branch travel and occasional Saturday work as scheduled
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience with basic truck maintenance, loading and unloading trucks, and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Welding and fabricating aluminum and steel components.
- Overseeing basic maintenance of trucks and ensuring efficient loading and unloading operations.
- Managing inventory controls and ensuring the workshop is well-organized.
- Leading a small team, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance of height safety systems.
