ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated clinical excellence in rural emergency medicine.
- Demonstrated high level of skills in communicating, negotiating and mediating.
- Demonstrated leadership in the improvement of clinical outcomes and implementing clinical change
- Demonstrated analytical leadership, implementation and review of best practice clinical process, systems and evidence-based practice.
- An ability to uphold RMCLHN’s Occupational Health Safety and Welfare Act commitments in conjunction with the principles of the premier’s safety Commitment and the legislative requirements.
- Ability to engage and influence others to improve Aboriginal Health services provided to the local community.
