Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Facilitator, you will play a key role in guiding clients through transitions, with a focus on identifying, developing, and executing organisational and people interventions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting/ Facilitation: Designing and facilitating training/ organisational development solutions/ programmes, including proposal writing, programme development, and intervention design, etc. to meet the needs of our prospects and clients effectively.
  • Project Execution: Working closely with project teams to design and facilitate workshops in Business Transformation solutions in one or more of the following areas: Change Management, Team Development, Leadership Training & Development, and Customer Experience
  • Client Engagement : Establishing close working relationships with clients to understand their needs, address challenges, and propose tailored solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Practice Development : Contributing actively to the development of our practices by exploring and introducing new tools and methodologies to enhance our training and facilitation capabilities.
  • Project Administration : Reviewing project status reports and performing project administration duties to ensure smooth project operations and timely delivery of services.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE IN THIS ROLE:

  • Preferably ACTA or ACLP certified
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in facilitation and training roles
  • Demonstrated experience in programme design
  • Experience in conducting leadership and/ or customer experience trainings will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confident and quick-thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Customer-focused
