Prices Plus, a well-established family-owned discount retail store company, with stores around QLD and NSW, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in this newly created position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilise your organisational skills to coordinate repairs and maintenance requisitions, ensuring tasks are completed promptly to minimise disruptions to store operations.
• Foster strong relationships with store personnel, providing regular updates and support throughout the maintenance process to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives by sourcing competitive quotes from suppliers and effectively managing project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently without compromising quality.
• Oversee large-scale projects such as store fit outs and refits, demonstrating your leadership and project management prowess to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
