RESPONSIBILITES

• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines governing quality systems.
• Ensure team members understand their responsibility towards patient safety, maintain training compliance, and adhere to relevant regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Supervise the Cleaning, Catering, and Security team to support the Soft Services Manager.
• Regularly inspect building facilities for maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Address facility-related inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including building codes, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate moves, renovations, and construction projects within the building, including contractor scheduling, permit acquisition, and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for facility maintenance and operations.
• Contribute to developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of building systems and equipment.
• Support plant operations through participation in the on-call rotation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities coordination.
• Proficient understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, circuitry, and load management.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to join the on-call team.
