Description:
RESPONSIBILITES
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines governing quality systems.
- Ensure team members understand their responsibility towards patient safety, maintain training compliance, and adhere to relevant regulations.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Supervise the Cleaning, Catering, and Security team to support the Soft Services Manager.
- Regularly inspect building facilities for maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Address facility-related inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including building codes, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate moves, renovations, and construction projects within the building, including contractor scheduling, permit acquisition, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for facility maintenance and operations.
- Contribute to developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of building systems and equipment.
- Support plant operations through participation in the on-call rotation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities coordination.
- Proficient understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, circuitry, and load management.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Willingness to join the on-call team.
