The E2open Facilities Team is searching for a dynamic Facilities Co-Ordinator (Receptionist) to support the administrative and office efforts for the E2open. The qualified candidate will provide facilities and administrative support to the team by organizing and expediting workflow relating to all phases of facilities and administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks with minimal
  • Ability to support teams in a multinational capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual with strong attendance history.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position may require mobility throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have.
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine and a copy machine.
  • Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in any other work or support that is required.
