Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracted service vendor accounts through contracted specifications and Boston Scientific’s expectations. Setting & ensuring all key performance indicators are met and provide improvement plans as needed to meet service excellence some non-employees (contractor) groups in one or more areas within the site services function; including contract catering, security, cleaning & gowning, site construction and repair, grounds maintenance.
  • Manage the negotiation and implementation of all Facilities Service vendor contracts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the Client, Vendors, Contractors & Design Teams.
  • Responsible for contractor management including supervising and scheduling the work of some non-employees (contractor) groups in one or more areas within the site services function.
  • Ensuring the facilities department is audit ready for pest control, environmental monitoring & cleaning.
  • Provide coaching, support and motivation to team resources and direct their development.
  • Prepare & consolidate costings for annual facilities services operations including forecasting estimated costs, delivery against budget and identifying risks.
  • Establishes a safe work environment for employees and contracting companies by performing safety audits and inspections, conducting safety-related training, and maintaining ongoing communications with employees
