Description:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

In the position of maintenance technician, the employee will regularly engage in sitting, standing, walking, working outdoors in hot temperatures, bending, communicating verbally, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Additionally, you may be required to move items such as equipment, furniture, and/or materials. Compensation: $64,000 - $73,000 annual salary, DOE

Your adept communication skills foster seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, cultivating a culture of excellence and dependability within the organization. Through your strategic direction and unwavering commitment to quality, you are the cornerstone in safeguarding the organization’s operations and bolstering its esteemed reputation.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Property and Facility Management, you will partner closely with other senior leaders throughout the enterprise to achieve outcomes.
