Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance for the Adelaide Regional Distribution Centre (Gepps Cross).
  • Support the Facilities & Maintenance Manager in tasks relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance.
  • Monitor Facilities & Maintenance contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators
  • Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
  • Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
  • File, report & record maintenance records and incident managementSupport team’s compliance to WOW and Primary Connect’s policies and procedures
