A day in the Life will see you

• Develop insights and trend analysis to identify actionable insights that drive cost savings, operational improvements, or risk reduction across the network
• Craft, develop and implement value-enhancing contractor KPIs which facilitate uplift in performance outcomes
• Ensure regulatory / statutory compliance activities are maintained across the portfolio
• Field, triage and resolve complex / long-standing building and equipment issues through a sound knowledge of design and operation, lifecycle, and total cost of ownership Prepare and manage OPEX and CAPEX spend to budget

What’s in your toolkit

• Demonstrated experience in delivering contract and / or facilities management across a multi-site network, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality
• Solid ability to drive and effect change through clear communication, fact-based insights, and stakeholder management skills
• Significant experience managing and prioritising workload in a fast-paced, retail environment
• Strong analytical capabilities, data-literate with the ability to interpret and translate ambiguous data / info into clear and logical reports which guide business direction
• Formal qualifications in engineering or facilities management desired, but not essential
• A demonstrated understanding of facilities within fuel, food or convenience sector.
