About the Role:

Our client is a leading property owner who are seeking a Facilities Manager to look over a shopping centre in either the Eastern Suburbs or North Sydney. The role would someone who has a strong shopping centre background across Hard & soft service Facilities Management.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Facilities Management function in the day-to-day operations of a Retail Shopping Centre.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts).
• Assist in managing tenant relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure compliance with WHS standards, building regulations, and sustainability initiatives
• Support with budgeting, reporting, and procurement processes.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a Shopping Centre Facilities Management role.
• Strong technical understanding of building operations and essential services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
