ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to join one of Australia’s leading, ASX listed Property companies.
The role will be working owner side managing an Industrial portfolio, with the tenants made up of some of the biggest name companies in Australia.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years in facilities management, preferably with experience in managing commercial, industrial, or retail properties.
- In-depth understanding of property maintenance and management.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with a drive to take ownership of and advance within the role.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Effectively handle the maintenance and service aspects of the properties.
- Deliver outstanding service and maintain clear communication with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, advisors, site visitors, and the public.
- Act as the main contact for building-related issues and work closely with both internal teams and external parties to resolve these issues promptly.
- Perform routine inspections of the properties, which include daily checks, weekly updates, and comprehensive quarterly reviews.
