We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager (Level K) focused on Workforce Efficiency and Process Improvement to join our Boeing Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team in a virtual capacity.
In this position leading and supporting workforce strategy and process improvements, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, accountability and productivity development and growth across our global facilities teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
  • 1+ years of experience leading or managing a team
  • 1+ years of experience with project management, to include meeting cost, schedule and quality targets
  • Experience with analytics tools including Tableau, SQL, R, and Python
  • Experience in analytics and data visualization
  • Critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience in workforce efficiency/strategy or process improvement within a facilities maintenance group
  • Familiarity with website building tools (such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)) for creating and managing web content
  • Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Alteryx, Dataiku, or Power Automate for streamlining processes and workflows
  • Experience with Facilities Management Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools (for managing & tracking facility maintenance activities, work orders, equipment inventory)
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work with minimum direction and ambiguity, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to optimize workforce productivity and efficiency within the GREF team
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to drive process enhancements
  • Lead and manage projects focused on process improvement, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop, implement, and maintain tools or systems (e.g., website) to store, organize, and provide search functionality for trade manuals, job aids, equipment parts lists, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design tools, and ensure accuracy and currency of content
  • Provide training and support to users, and continuously improve tools based on user feedback and emerging technologies in information management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of workforce productivity improvements
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to GREF team members on best practices for process improvement and change management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to workforce strategy and process improvement
