Focus on providing a professional, customer focused service, supporting various soft facilities functions across the area. Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Undertake heavy lifting, moving furniture, office moves, room set ups and transportation of goods.
- Undertake basic maintenance work as directed and in accordance with agreed procedures. For example – minor repairs to furniture, surfaces and painting repair of toilet seats, fixing sink plugs and chains; requiring the use of basic tools and equipment.
- Undertake regular compliance checks of the buildings, including routine electrical inspections and tests, water monitoring, accessible WC alarm checks, roller shutter testing etc.
- Cleaning tasks using specialist cleaning equipment when required
