MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience as an FSO
  • Legal, contracts, business, operations or security administration background
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and currently have, or be eligible to obtain, at least a Secret level security clearance, and maintain such clearance.
  • In depth knowledge of the NISPOM, ICDs and applicable DoD Directives.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or industrial security.
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience using NISS, DISS, and SIMS databases.
  • Experience maintaining records required for review by various Government Agencies
  • Completion of DCSA CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities
  • DCSA CDSE SFPC/SPSC or NCMS ISP certification(s) strongly desired.
  • Completion of SCIF/SAPF course within 2 years is desired.
  • Current active Secret (or higher) clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support TI’s security clearance application process and maintenance for TI’s facilities and personnel and develop plans and operations for the interpretation, implementation, inspection, and compliance with the NISP.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for DCSA (Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency) reviews and correspondence; establish a working relationship with DCSA and other applicable government agency security personnel.
  • Establish, document, implement and monitor information and physical system security programs, system security plans and related procedures for the applicable TI facilities.
  • Author and maintain documentation and corporate security plans supporting the assessment and authorization of assigned systems in accordance with the risk management frameworks.
  • Perform security control assessments as part of continuous monitoring plans and conduct periodic hardware and software inventory assessments.
  • Manage security aspects of classified government contract programs and daily security operations, including compliance and contract related administrative duties.
  • Review TI and Government forms to identify security requirements; follow-up to ensure compliance and lead self-inspections and security education programs and work with partners to determine a mitigation strategy for any instances of non-compliance.
  • Maintain security program compliance to include managing NISS facility profiles, submit change conditions packages, FCL sponsorship packages, and respond to FCL packages.
  • Investigate and submit Security Violations and Incident Reports as needed by applicable government directives.
  • Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
  • Support TI’s Insider Threat Protection Security Officer for documentation of meetings and the follow-up on any security related action Items.
  • Prepare TI’s facility for required annual audits and vulnerability assessments conducted by multiple government agencies and manage collateral classified inventories
  • Maintain company security policies and procedures, including working across multiple organizations and at times senior management chains.
  • Process legal documents such as NDA’s, badge forms and visitor and/or site visit requirements.
  • Work with IT teams and providers to ensure compliance to various requirements such as DFARS, NIST regulations and other compliance requirements
