Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic individual who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day facilities task at ComPsych. Overall duties include assisting with day-to-day operations of the facility and employee assistance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on incoming facilities service requests from internal employees
  • Ensure that each service request is completed accurately and within a timely manner
  • Fully stock kitchen & break rooms daily with necessary supply items including cleaning supplies, paper goods and beverages
  • Handle the purchasing for all office supplies and beverages with approval of facilities coordinator
  • Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of all floors and check for any requiring repair
  • Maintain all storage and kitchen areas in a clean and orderly fashion
  • Coordinate with vendors to facilitate repairs, copier maintenance, shredding, mail collection and deliveries
  • Collect and distribute daily mail and packages to the appropriate employee or department
  • Assist Help Desk / Human Resources with the retrieval of employee equipment
  • Maintain paper and supplies for all copy areas and printers
  • Assist with the coordination of employee work station moves and assimilation of new employees
  • Ensure that floor plans are accurate and reflect employee name and workstation
  • Assist facilities coordinator with additional projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Self-starter who is willing to take initiative
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication
  • Ability to lift objects that are up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work on-site in the Chicago Office
