Facilities Technician

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities are to perform the tasks of a Facilities Technician, which include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Work in a team according to Duty Roster to provide facilities technical support for day-to-day operations of the assigned building;
• Respond and attend to all breakdowns and fault calls;
• Carry out in-house preventive and corrective maintenance for all facilities, M&E and building services system;
• Troubleshooting and repair for building related issues eg tiles crack, leaking, paint peel, collapsed false ceiling, wall cracks, door lock faulty, hinges faulty, door faulty, floor finishes, tap leaking, pipe burst, sensor faulty, floor trap choke and etc.
• Assist the Facilities Manager to coordinate with vendors on delivery of work performance and compliance of process;
• Assist the Facilities Manager to facilitate tenancy fit-out works, reinstatement works as well as asset enhancement works at the assigned building;
• Upkeep spare parts inventory;
• Any other ad-hoc duties.
• May be deployed to other buildings to support the Facilities Team under the portfolio of BS Capital Group.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Expected Salary:
$2,000 to $2,400.0
