About the role:
The Facilities Technician will take a hands-on, proactive approach to in-house repairs and maintenance. You will use your knowledge of industry standards and product warranties whilst executing your general construction skills to assess, communicate, and perform valid maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Routine & Reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Liaise with building residents and on-site teams to maintain a high level of service.
  • Assist to ensure an inclusive and accessible living space in our properties.
  • Address any risks, safety or security issues while managing mitigation efforts.
  • Assist with service contracts and contractors.
  • Provide reports with accurate records of property maintenance, inspections, and documentation.
  • Identify cost-effective solutions for property maintenance and improvements.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of property maintenance.
  • Experience in undertaking projects and coordinating trades people.
  • Current driving licence with your own vehicle
  • Excellent organisational skills with multitasking abilities
  • Excellent time management to work within tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Residential property leasing transaction (desirable)
