Description:
Responsibilities:
- Frontline Reception duties
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the management team.
- General administration including invoicing and accounts management in conjunction with our National Support Office.
- Payroll management
- Maintain document and filing systems.
- Reporting and minute taking on a monthly basis.
- Ensure a safe, caring environment for residents and their families
- Work effectively in a caring team environment.
- Monday – Friday (30 hours per week)
